Stress according to Webster dictionary: is a noun meaning

"pressure or tension exerted on a material object and the other one

a state of mental or emotional strain or tension resulting from adverse or very demanding circumstances"

:verb meaning give particular emphasis or importance to (a point, statement, or idea) made in speech or writing.

How do you define S T R E S S ?

How about Simplicity? "meaning the quality or condition of being easy to understand or do"

The Power of Simplicity

Three years ago I joined so many charity organization volunteering almost every Sunday and Saturdays and sometimes weekdays after work and then on top of it taking my Master's degree. Until I realized that is not healthy for me physically or emotionally and mentally and I needed to make a choice. Either choosing to be stressful or start simplifying my life.

1. Be grateful and count your blessings

Be kind to others, share smile and always be grateful

2.Pray a lot and pray for peace of mind and wisdom

Believe. Trust for Miracles always happens

3. Take a lot of notes and pictures

Start taking pictures of every single thing you appreciate

4.Balance life by prioritizing schedules. Prioritize what is more important and learn to say "NO"

5. Family and Friends are a priority. Spend time with Family and friends. Treasure them because they are life treasures. Seek them and enjoy their riches.
